What we keep

• Your email address and sign-in details, so you can sign in. Held by our sign-in provider, Supabase.
• Purchase records: email, the pass bought, amount, country and payment reference, so we can give you access, handle refunds and keep accounts. Payment cards are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

What we do not keep

The salaries, savings, pensions and other figures you enter in the tool stay in your own browser (and in any file you choose to save). They are not sent to our servers and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data removes them, so use "Save my numbers" if you want a copy.

Why and on what basis

• To provide the Service you bought (contract).
• To keep records for accounts and tax (legal obligation).
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to deal with disputes (legitimate interests).

Who else handles data

Gumroad or Stripe (payments), Supabase (sign-in and purchase records), Netlify (hosting). Some of these may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. [Check each provider's current terms and add details.]

How long

Purchase records for 6 years for accounting. Sign-in details until you ask us to delete them, unless we must keep them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy. Write to us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies
